Haskap Farms is Certified Organic

Haskap Farms is a run by a long-time farming family that has owned and operated orchards, nurseries, retail garden centers and biotechnology companies for five generations.

We are located in the city of Kelowna within the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. The Okanagan Valley has long been know for it's agricultural industry including apples, cherries, peaches, grapes and now haskap berries.

The Okanagan Valley is also home to some of Canada's best wineries. Haskap Farms is proud to supply organic haskaps berries to Meadow Vista Honey Wines for their Bliss Blueberry Haskap wine.

We take great pride in nurturing our haskap plants to produce nutrient rich berries that are free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to maximize the berry's health benefits to our customers and minimize harming the environment.

The haskap varieties grown at Haskap Farms are a cross between Japanese and Russian plants developed through the University of Saskatchewan fruit breeding program, perfectly suited to thrive in our Canadian climate.

Harvest is from mid June to mid July when the berries are at their sweetest.

Haskap Farms has modified a harvesting machine to accommodate haskap berry plants to ensure the berries are not damaged or lost.

The berries are then washed, sorted and frozen individually before packaging.

Our harvest and freezing process was specifically designed for haskap berries and enables us to lock in their incredible nutritional values at peak ripeness so you can enjoy them all year round.
