Haskap berry syrup is a full bodied syrup with the punchy flavour of haskap berries. Made from the juice of premium organic haskap berries. Our syrup does not contain thickening agents so the consistency is thiner than other types of syrup.

Use the Haskap syrup over ice cream or cheese cake and of course you can use it on pancakes and waffles.  Jazz up your sparkling water with haskap syrup, lemon and mint or basil. Try it as a glaze on chicken, duck or pork or mix it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a healthy salad dressing. You can also add it to your favorite tea for some extra flavor.

Tried the haskap sugar free jam & haskap syrup! Both are amazing. Fresh notes of the haskaps with a touch of sweetness. The jam for me will be a staple as no sugar added! Just read some ideas for the syrup & can’t wait to try it in my next glass of club soda with lemon & mint!
